2. Vehicle Condition & Availability

All vehicles are pre-owned and may show normal wear consistent with age and mileage. While we strive for accuracy in all listings, availability may change at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes, licensing, or registration fees unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Bank transfer

4. Deposits & Holds

A deposit may be required to hold a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. A vehicle is only considered reserved once the deposit has been received and confirmed.

5. Test Drives & Inspection

Customers must present a valid driver’s license for test drives. We strongly encourage all customers to inspect the vehicle thoroughly, take a test drive, and ask any questions prior to purchase.

6. Final Sale Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)

All vehicle purchases are final sale.

Once the transaction is completed and ownership has been transferred:

• No returns will be accepted

• No exchanges will be provided

• No refunds will be issued

This policy applies to all vehicles without exception.

7. Warranty & “As-Is” Sales

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all vehicles are sold “as-is”, with no guarantees or warranties.

Any optional warranty or protection plan will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before purchase.

Riley Auto Collective is not responsible for any mechanical issues, repairs, or damages that occur after the sale.

8. Delivery Services

Delivery may be available for an additional fee. All delivery arrangements, costs, and timelines will be confirmed prior to finalizing the sale.

9. Website Use

All website content, including descriptions and images, is provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to update or modify content at any time without notice.

10. Privacy
